I - PURPOSE
These terms state the sale of the products presented on this site by Tilaure and Everyone who visits or buys on www.tilaure.com. Any order implies the consultation and pre-approval of these general conditions of sale. As a result, the customer acknowledges being informed that his or her approval concerning the content of these general conditions of sale does not require a written signature on this document, to the extent that the client wishes to order on-line products presented on the on-line boutique. The customer has the ability to save or print these general conditions of sale, but saving or printing this document is the sole responsibility of the customer. The customer confirms that he or she has full legal authority to enter into the purchase agreement under these general conditions.
II - ENTERING INTO CONTACT
These general conditions apply from the date of the signature on the order form. These general conditions shall endure for the time necessary for the delivery of the ordered products and until the subsequent expiration of the guaranties provided by the company Tilaure.
III - ORDER
These general conditions apply to all sales made on the site Tilaure.fr. Once you place an order, you accept totally these general conditions.
The electronic records are considered as proof of the nature, contents and date of the order. The order can be booked on the site only if you have fully identified yourself.
Tilaure will confirm to the customer the acceptance of the order by e-mail. The sale will be concluded following the notification of this order confirmation.
The company TILAURE reserves the right to refuse to deliver or honor an order coming from a customer who has not fully paid a previous order or in particular in case of insolvency or with whom a payment dispute is currently being administered.
Tilaure is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer, and shall not be liable for any delivery delays, non-delivery of products, or other such issues resulting from such errors.
Goods are deliverable within the limits of available stocks and the photos or drawings character of items on sale is not contractual.
The list of the available countries is shown during the order process.
IV - DELIVERY
Products are delivered to the address indicated by the customer on the order form.
After confirmation of the order and subject to the full payment of the ordered product price, Tilaure undertakes to send to the customer the ordered products to the delivery address within the allotted time, with the occasional exception (specified on receipt of the order), announced on the site during the order process.
Parcels will be delivered by post. The customer may choose either option.
Delivery dates are in accordance with stocks available (indicated during the ordering process) and the method of delivery chosen.
Shipping charge: Tilaure reflects the true value of shipping cost. Costs will be dependent on the amount, weight and volume of the ordered products. The freight amount is indicated during the order process.
A discount* ( *except order of gift vouchers) is given for a minimum of 119€ purchase for a shipping by post and for a minimum of 199€ for a shipping by UPS.
An order will be the subject of a single dispatch. Once all the products are grouped together and ready for the dispatch the order will be handed in to the shipper for the delivery.
Transport risks are accepted by the customer from the moment the order leaves the warehouse’s premises. Tilaure accepts no responsibility or liability for late delivery for any reason whatsoever. Therefore no request for compensation of any kind can be claimed by a Tilaure customer. In case of delay or lost parcel, please quickly contact us by e-mail.
War, riot, fire, strikes, accidents and the impossibility to be supplied are considered to be cases of force majeure relieving Tilaure of its obligation to deliver.
Should the customer wish the ordered products to be delivered to two different addresses, he or she should place two different orders.
V - PRODUCTS RECEPTION
The web customer undertakes to check the packaging and contents of the parcel and undertakes to write down any problem on the delivery note provided by the carrier. Transport risks are accepted by the customer from the moment the order leaves the warehouse’s premises. However we recommend you should inform us about any anomaly by e-mail.
If necessary, the customer undertakes to pay in receipt, all the taxes, rights and other present and coming taxes owed in compliance with the delivery of the aforementioned products; at no time the responsibility of Tilaure can be engaged.
In particular in the case of an order delivered outside the European community (and the FRENCH OVERSEAS ‘DEPARTMENTS and FRENCH OVERSEAS’ TERRITORIES), the addressee will be considered as the importer of items concerned by the order and as such be due of taxes and\or customs duties.
These taxes and customs duties relating to the country of destination are exclusively payable by the buyer and come under the sole responsibility of the buyer both in terms of registration and payment to the authorities or in the competent bodies of the concerned country.
VI – PRICE AND PAYMENT METHOD
Tilaure’s sales prices are indicated in Euros. Prices do not include shipping costs which are billed in addition and are shown before the customer validates the order.
We accept payments by bank card directly on the site via secured payment. The payment of the entirety of the price must be settled during the ordering process. At no moment shall paid sums be considered a deposit.
In case of refused payment by the secure payment system, the order will be cancelled and the customer will then be notified by e-mail.
The protection against a fraudulent use of payment means used for the transaction in particular following a hacking or against possible protests of order price payment will be insured by the “Crédit Agricole”.
VII – RETURNING PRODUCTS AND COMPLAINTS
Your satisfaction to our products and services is very important to us.
The customer has 7 working days, counting from the date of reception of the article to return it at his or her expenses. The parcel must be returned to the following address : Tilaure, 25 rue Jean MERMOZ 56700 HENNEBONT.
Always wear "something underneath" when trying articles on, especially with underwear.
Product must be returned, not worn, with its original tickets and labels, in its original packaging and in a perfect condition for resale. The customer can request either an exchange for another product or the refund of the returned product. In the case of an exchange, the customer can choose between an identical product as the one originally ordered or a product of equal value to the returned product, or a product of lesser value. In the case of a product of lesser value TILAURE will reimburse the difference to the customer. In the case of a product of greater value the customer will be charged for the difference.
In case of defective or incorrect orders, the cost to the customer of returning goods will be reimbursed. This reimbursement policy applies only in cases where the incorrect or defective order is attributable to Tilaure.
If you got a delivery fees’ discount (a purchase equal or more than 119€ or 199€ according to the chosen carrier) and that the refund leads to a reduction of your global basket below this amount, delivery fees will be recharged to you. Should a customer have availed of a shipping discount for larger orders as described in section IV, any subsequent reimbursement resulting in the net total of the order being below this discount-qualifying order amount threshold will result in the customer being charged to recover the applied discount.
Your return parcel should be sent back to us with receipt on delivery (against signature) in the head office.

We will answer you by e-mail as soon as possible. Please wait for our answer before sending us the return good so that we can provide you with a return number.

Tilaure reserves the right to refuse to offer any exchange or refund in cases
- where the items are either incomplete (including original labels and packaging), washed, soiled or damaged in any way.
- The only exchange for an initial order was already made
- The deadline of 7 days is reached
Where a valid claim for refund is accepted under the terms set out here, Tilaure will process the agree refund within 30 days of receipt of the request from the customer. Refunds will be processed via a credit to the same bank card used for the original payment.
The customer may cancel an order at any time before shipment to the customer, and in that case the company Tilaure will reimburse the customer's full payment.
Tilaure notifies customers that they benefit from the legal guarantee relative to the consequences of defects or hidden defects which can affect our products.
In the case of an order with a different delivery address from the billing address the considered customer is the one indicated in the billing address.

VIII – PRODUCTS’WARRANTY
The company Tilaure guarantees its products for six (6) months from the delivery date of a hidden defect. This guarantee is expressly limited to the replacement of the defective products, or their repair, or if necessary, their refund. In any cases, the customer benefits from the legal guarantee of eviction and from hidden defects planned to articles 1625 and following of the French Civil code.
IX - GIFT VOUCHERS
Tilaure gift vouchers must be redeemed on the Tilaure.com or Tilaure.fr website and cannot be redeemed at any of Tilaure's Trusted Partner sites.
Only Tilaure gift vouchers are accepted on the website.
Tilaure Gift vouchers are valid on any order.
Gift vouchers can be used to purchase items, packaging present and shipping cost.
If the order exceeds the amount of the gift voucher, the balance must be paid by credit card or with other gift vouchers.
If you wish to use several gift vouchers, enter the code of the first gift voucher, validate then click again on« Access your gift vouchers by clicking HERE ».
Any sum, partially or not used, will be available up to the expiry date of the gift voucher.
Tilaure gift vouchers expire one year from the date of issue.
A gift voucher is not applicable to an order already in preparation.
Any gift voucher is neither exchangeable nor refundable.
The customer can choose, as for any order, a different delivery address.
The customer of a gift voucher can visualize the balance of the gift voucher and print it if he/she wishes it, in his/her account, as long as the sum is not completely used.

X - DISPUTE
In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be looked for before any legal action. We invite you to this end to contact us at:
Click here. In lack of amicable agreement, any legal action will be brought to the competent courts. These measures do not deprive customers residing outside of France of the rules application planned in international conventions.
XI - FREEDOM OF INFORMATION
To process orders placed though the mamanana.com website, the company Tilaure must have access to customers' personal and nominative data.
Personal and nominative data gathered for an order are exclusively used for order processing. This information will not be given to a third party apart from service providers directly involved in dealing with the order.
Providing nominative information while placing an order is compulsory because it is necessary for processing and dispatching on-line orders as well as invoicing. Failure to provide those data can result in the invalidation of your order.
All customers having provided personal and nominative data have the right to access, rectify and oppose the entirety of their personal data, as provided for by the French law known as la Loi Informatique et Libertés du 6 janvier 1978. The customers can change their personal data on their customer account at any time.
XII – APPLICABLE LAW AND COMPETENT JURISDICTION
These general conditions are subject to French law. In case of dispute, the French courts will be the only competent.
XIII - MODIFICATION OF GENERAL CONDITIONS OF USE AND SALE
These present general sales’ conditions may be modified at any time without prior warning.

TILAURE brand is an INPI registered brand and exclusive property of the company TILAURE, the logo of Tilaure is also registered with the INPI.
All the tilaure.fr website contents, graphics, pictures, texts, logos, gifts and icons as well as their shapings are the exclusive property of TILAURE company except brands, logos or others contents belonging to other partner companies or authors.
Any reproduction, distribution, modification, retransmission or publication of these various elements is strictly forbidden without the express agreement in writing either of the company TILAURE or directly the authors. For any authorization or information request, please contact us.
