How to determine your bra size

  1. Bust size : standing straight, with your arms at your side, measure at the fullest part of your bust (while wearing a non-padded bra) making sure the measuring tape is parallel with the ground and not binding.
  2. Band measurement : mesure just bellow your breasts.
  3. Waist measurement : stand up straight and relax your abdominal muscles. Wrap the measuring tape completely around your waist starting at the belly button.
  4. Thigh measurement : Stand with your heels apart and measure around the fullest part of your thigh.
Make sure that the tape is neither too loose nor too tight and that it is flat. Keeping the measuring tape parallel with the ground.
